SoluPrep wipes small, clear, 2% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate, 70% isopropyl alcohol
It is saturated with a transparent solution of 2% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate and 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol. Designed for disinfecting intact skin before invasive procedures, this product helps reduce bacterial flora on the skin to decrease the risk of surgical site infection.
The antiseptic solution in the 3M™ SoluPrep™ Wipe begins to kill microorganisms on contact with the skin. This solution then prevents bacteria from proliferating for at least 72 hours after application.
