The one-piece urostomy pouch has a drain valve integrated into the bottom, allowing it to be connected to a night drainage system using an adapter. These pouches are more suitable for urostomies. The extended wear Flextend™ skin barrier is durable and offers superior erosion resistance. It swells upon contact with liquids to adjust between the skin and the stoma (providing a better seal). It offers superior adhesion and greater flexibility. The anti-reflux feature prevents urine from flowing back into the pouch.
